This is for all of those who live outside the state of Oklahoma at this juncture. As much as I typically abhor Oklahoma weather, I will be the first to admit the past few days have been beautiful! We hit 70 today, and are supposed to remain this way for the next week or so (fingers crossed). I lit up the charcoal for the first time the other day and as I was sitting on the lawn chair waiting for the flames to die down, I realized how much I enjoy outdoor cooking. If I could cook outside everyday (weather permitting that is) I would. Good times.
